CUSTOMS FEES, DUTY & IMPORT TAX

Please be aware that different countries may incur additional costs on merchandise which are not included in your payment to us. Consumers are responsible for paying customs fees, duty or import tax of their respective countries. If you are unsure of your country’s policies, you can estimate additional charges using this calculator.

DELIVERY

All prices include worldwide delivery. Orders are normally dispatched from Dubai within 1–3 working days. Delivery within the GCC and Europe are estimated to arrive within 5–10 working days. Delivery beyond the EU is expected to take 10–12 working days, but please allow up to 3 weeks.

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Scarves will be packaged in the Kate Toledo red box and shipped in a large padded envelope and must be signed for upon delivery. When ordering, please ensure you include a telephone number as local couriers may need to contact you.

PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely using Paypal which does not require you to sign up or share your card details. Kate Toledo does not handle any credit card data of orders placed online. If, however, you would prefer to make an alternative payment arrangement please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to discuss
other options.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

As the products are one size only we do not offer refunds. However, we could, in exceptional circumstances, offer an exchange, though we are unable to reimburse postage costs. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any concerns.

SCARF PRODUCTION

Our French manufacturer is located at the birthplace of of the silk industry in Lyon. Using a traditional technique that ensures optimal precision, the Kate Toledo Dove and Lynx designs are screen printed manually onto silk twill 14. The borders are then hand-rolled.

Founded in Como, in 1902, our Italian manufacturers produce our digitally printed scarves. Digital printing allows for a greater variety of colour without compromising on quality. Also using the finest silk twill, the Feline scarves too have hand finished borders.

The scarves are 100% silk twill and are dry clean only.
